Granada Hills is a relatively affordable area, and within easy access to the major freeways. Prices vary a great deal depending on the location, size, condition, and zoning of a property. There is a special small-town feel still in Granada Hills, eventhough we are part of the metropolis of Los Angeles. Granada Hills is known as "The Valley's Most Neighborly Town",
